What a long time since my last entry!
Lets think what I have been up to.......

I have been to Singing Waters twice over the past month.
Evelyn & I visited for 3 days, and Amy & I visited overnight.
They were both on the prayer team and were working.

It was really nice to be back - it is a beautiful place
and a place where I received a lot of emotional healing
during my course there last Winter. God is so good!

These are some pics of John & Evelyn.
Evelyn made a typically Dutch meal - Borekohl (think this is right!)
It is kale, potatoes and a huge sausage! This is John with the sausage!

Last week-end, Amy & I were Victorian ladies!
Amy is a nanny for a couple (Stuart & Monica) in Port Hope which is

about 20 mins away from where I live.
Stuart had arranged a surprise party for Monica's 40th birthday with
a Victorian theme!
We had high tea served, with a classical pianist playing in the
background. Monica was so surprised! She had been out with a friend
and came back to find us all poncing around her house in Victorian

outfits! (Amy & I hired dresses - someone had arranged an outfit for
Monica also). They were in England in the summer and Monica loved
it, so I think that is where he got the idea.
It was a great party. Stuart did a great job. These are some pics.

Tried to upload a pic of Stuart & Monica - sadly it is not working.......

This is Ellen, our churches oldest member. We met her last Sunday -
at the monthly church lunch. She is 94. We had a great chat with her.

This week-end we have a missionary family who are based in Guinea,
Africa staying at the farm. They are here until Monday.
They have 2 young children with one on the way.
They are really nice and it was so interesting hearing about their work there.

Last Sunday - the wee chickies left - we have more arriving on Tuesday.....
